We were very impressed with the friendliness of everyone with whom we interacted. The front desk personnel with whom we dealt were very young, but they were not only courteous but helpful as well. The ladies who worked the breakfast area in the mornings were friendly to a fault. The food was not 5-star, but it was not bad either. Unlike the continental breakfasts that many hotels offer, there was good, hot food available here.

I loved the down-like comforter on the bed. The room felt like home. I could easily get the temperature to whatever I wanted. It was clean. My only disappointment was that it didn't have a shuttle to the nearby metro station. Also I loved the pens in the room and they can't tell me where to buy a million of them.
