My husband, two daughters and I stayed at this hotel for two nights over the 4th of July weekend and had a mostly positive experience. PROS: extremely discounted price when we booked (definitely worth the $), nice pool and hot tub with lifeguard on duty at all hours, plenty of room for the four of us, pretty comfortable bed, pull-out sofa sleeper for the kids, full kitchen with dishes and cooking implements, cranking a/c system, hot water and good water pressure in the shower, good breakfast buffet first day. CONS: the seat on the toilet in our first room was only half attached and the toilet didn't flush (so we were moved quickly to a second room, thankfully), tv was "fuzzy" most of the weekend, the thermostat in the room was not working correctly (although the a/c was good), furniture needs a bit of updating, and THE BREAKFAST BUFFET ON DAY TWO WAS A NIGHTMARE! I place some blame on the hotel for not estimating their capacity and only having ONE EMPLOYEE working a buffet that many, many guests attended. Residence Inn needs to do a better job and bring another person or two on board. I felt so sorry for the poor woman. She had NO HELP, and it looked like a bomb went off at the buffet. But the WORST PART was how obnoxious and uncivilized the hotel guests were at the buffet, practically pushing each other out of the way to get food. God bless us all should the apocalypse come. It will be every man, woman, and child for themselves.

Stayed at this hotel in July 2009. We had requested an accessible room for my parents. The upstairs toilet leaked and it flooded our bathroom. The Manager didn't offer a replacement room. The furniture in the room is very old and the rooms are very small. You hardly find space to move around. We expressed our frustration to the on-site manager. But, she didn't seem to care. Spoke with the Customer Care representative. They said they will get back to me in 5-7 business days. Its been past 2 weeks, no response. Save your money and stay somewhere else!
