  The room was fairly clean. The toilet was clogged. The TV pic was grainy, Only one elevator worked even though the hotel was booked. After telling the front desk about the toilet,we returned that night to find the rug outside the bathroom wet and the toilet still clogged. Another call to the front desk brought no one to fix it. Breakfast there was terrble. The waitress compt 1/2 the meal. She said the kitchen crew was new and she had troublewith them and under cooked meals all morning . Poor food would be an upgrade. I will never stay there again. The company should take a hard look at managment at this Holiday Inn.
