I expected the worst from tjhis hotel because of the cost. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The tub was nice, the beds were actually comfortable, the staff was pleasant and the continential breakfast was actually good. If i'm ever in a hurry again i will certainly stay again. last minute stay

This hotel has a variety of room sizes but not of bed sizes, all are queen beds. The smallest rooms are the size of closets. The best rooms are the ones pictured in the hotel ads, but you may not get one like that! Our third room was adequate and the front desk staff very attentive, but what if the hotel had been full? Breakfast was sub-par, and staff in the morning was inattentive and left empty juice, coffee, and food bins without seeing to care. We had breakfast at the airport after seeing that this was not the staff's priority. No one took responsibility for that part of the service. Van service to the airport was acceptable. This hotel stay was, well, different. I think the main problem is that the management has to keep room rates down so they are underpaying the staff and many of them are inexperienced and just don't care. The exception was the evening front desk clerk.

The price fit the hotel. We were there for a death in the family so only needed a place to sleep and didnt spend much time there. It was suffficient for our needsbut not a place I would go if I planned to spend any time in the room. Odd set up with the TV up in a corner odd lighting in either very bright all florescents or all dark. An entire mirrored wall which was just plain creepy. It was just ok for such a sad unexpected trip. For the price with breakfast it was reasonable

The outside of the building looked decent, the lobby ok. I check in and the front desk service was started out polite and friendly. Out the elevator and into the Amityville horror set. The hallway was littered with old smelly, stained mattresses, construction and painting equipment, the rugs completely trashed and stained. It smelled of fresh paint mingled with the stench of cigarettes. Despite the horror I continued, hoping that the attempted face lift was evident in the rooms. To my dismay the room was just slightly better. The beds sheets where crinkle as if the bed had been hurriedly made, I took the beds apart and the sheets where also stained. My friend went into the bathroom and shouted “You cannot stay here.” I entered the bathroom and it was just disgusting. The bathtub was dirty and had rust stains everywhere, the walls had mold. I picked up the phone to call the front desk, and what do you know, the phone comes apart! I went downstairs to the front desk and let them know the conditions were unacceptable. I requested to see another room, the receptionist said there was nothing but smoking rooms available, her own words, “Would you rather put up with the smell of smoke or the smell of paint?” I was out of there. This is clearly a safety and health, hazard zone.

The ride over was fine as was the check in process. The room smelled strongly of marijuana, the sheets were wrinked, the pillows were lumpy, the rug was so filthy. I went for cheap and got nightmare.
